Mark Pryor

Mark Pryor is a former newspaper reporter from England, and now a prosecutor with the Travis County District Attorney's Office, in Austin, Texas.

He is the author of the stand-alone psychological thriller, Hollow Man, released on September 1, 2015, by Seventh Street Books. He is also the author of five novels in the Hugo Marston series, which are set in Paris, London, and Barcelona. The first, called The Bookseller, was a Library Journal Debut of the Month, and called "unputdownable" by Oprah.com. The fifth was published in June of 2015, and the series was recently featured in the New York Times.

Mark is also the creator of the nationally-recognized true-crime blog D.A. Confidential, and has appeared on CBS News's 48 Hours and Discovery Channel's Discovery ID: Cold Blood.
